Booking Requirements

• Doorways & Gates: First and foremost, your spa site must be accessible. If access to your site requires us to move through a doorway or gate, it must be a minimum of 3O" wide and 80" high (the size of a normal doorway).   
• Pathways: We transport our spas by rolling them so the access path and site needs to be clear of any standing water, snow, or other debris (like dog poop!).    
• Proximity to Delivery Truck: Spa site must be within 250 ft of our delivery vehicle (so we can get hot water there).
• Parking: There needs to be parking for our delivery truck for the duration of the set up and teardown (30 minutes-2 hours depending on package).

Your spa site must be level, strong, and sturdy enough to support the immense weight of a hot tub (most decks, balconies and yards are fine). Specifically: 

• 220 spa: 2538 lbs or 92 psf (pounds per square foot)
• 300 spa: 3440 lbs or 104 psf

• The 220 spa requires a 6 ft diameter space.
• The 300 spa requires a 6.5 ft diameter space.

                       ***Add 2 ft for spa surrounds.

Your spa site must within 50 feet of a three-prong grounded outlet with an isolated power supply of 120V/15A (normal household outlet).

Although we deliver water in most situations, based on our delivery schedule we require access to an exterior water spigot within 100 feet of our delivery vehicle. Also, there must be a location to dispose of used water within 250 ft of spa location at reservation expiration.

We can only setup our spas on property you own or by permission from the owner.

You may not use any chemicals, cleaners, or additives in our spas.  Only approved crystals, oils, and scents may be added.  Outside substances or additives may cause damage to the spa liner and motor.

PNW Mobile Spa delivers to more than 1000 square miles of the greater Seattle area. For deliveries outside of this area, we charge a nominal delivery fee specific to your location. Contact us for more information.  

This seems obvious but for security purposes, your spa must be set up in an area it cannot be tampered with.

The lessee of our spa and equipment must sign a liability waiver and rental agreement. The signatory is responsible for any damage sustained to our equipment during the rental term and releases PNW Mobile Spa LLC from any liability should injury occur to themselves or any guest or user during their rental term.
