Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have a secured booking with PNW Mobile Spa, it means we have reserved time and products exclusively for you.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 14 days prior to confirmed booking.

• For a 50% refund, you must cancel at least 7 days prior to confirmed booking. If only 50% of the booking has been paid, no refund will be issued but the remaining 50% will not be charged.

• Cancellations less than 7 days from your booking will not be refunded.

• Special Event cancellations must be made at least 60 days in advance for a full refund. For 50% refund, you must cancel at least 30 days prior to confirmed booking. All cancellations made 30 days or less from confirmed event will not be refunded. 
• All event permitting fees are non-refundable. 
• All refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable processing fees by Square.
