Join us for our first ever residency at The Landing in Index, Washington. Experience an age old wellness ritual combining thermal and cold exposure to reach the ultimate state of relaxation. With temperatures as high as 195ºF and as low as 33ºF, campers and guests will challenge their body and mind while taking in views of Mt. Index, serenaded with sounds of the Skykomish River. And yes, you can actually camp onsite! Traditionally known as the Nordic Cycle or contrast therapy, this Scandinavian holistic practice helps improve blood circulation, relax sore muscles, and elevate your mood (hello, dopamine release!). Guided or self-guided, this unique experience will include amenities like plush hooded robes, an indoor heated lounge area, and complimentary refreshments.
All tickets include full access to our on-site spa amenities:
*Pregnant women and persons suffering from heart problems, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, circulatory or respiratory problems, seizures or epilepsy should not use the sauna, cold plunges, or hot tub without prior medical consultation.
Enjoy all day access to our residency when you book our Camp and Spa Experience!

While this will be an elevated spa experience, the surroundings are very natural and rustic (the bathroom is the cleanest outhouse you'll ever see!). This experience is not for someone who is afraid of bugs or to get a little bit dirty. Fair weather fans are also encouraged to sit this one out. We will sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, and chill rain or shine.

Are you desiring a space to feel at peace, feeling like you need a mini reset, or wanting to feel grounded but not sure where to begin? Imagine being outdoors and connecting with Mother Earth using all of the elements away from the noise of the world. It sounds great right? Come join us for this special time for yourself to let go of what has been building up and feel more at peace within yourself.
Mary Ann, an Intuitive Energy Practitioner and founder of Ignited Soul, holds sacred space with deep honor to her teachers, mentors, guides, the earth, elements, loving energies and you. She will be your guide to help you feel more grounded through cacao, breathwork and sound.
As you sit in sacred space with ceremonial cacao from Guatemala, you will begin to feel a connection to the frequencies of the earth. As the medicine is activated, unconditional love will start to flow and you will feel your energy ground with Mother Earth. The spirit of cacao will guide you during your cellular breathwork session. During this time you will have the opportunities to release out energy, emotions, fears, limiting beliefs, doubts, pain, all the while also feeling the love, expansion, and joy.
The integration begins with beautiful sounds from healing instruments. Light language songs of prayers and healing will be channeled to you. This space is held with love, acceptance, learnings, appreciation, and compassion. I will share grounding practices that you can use at home as well as provide a Get Grounded gift.

Come and relish in all the PNW has to offer with this 3 hour mini retreat designed to connect the body, mind, and breath with nature. Are you ready to move and breathe in the fresh forest air, listen to the sounds of the river and bring on the spring feeling strong and vital? Great, me too! Grab your gear and let’s go.
What to expect:
A guided 75 minute outdoor yoga and meditation experience, followed by 2 hours of free time for you to enjoy the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge tanks (or the river!) provided by PNW Mobile Spa.
After a round of introductions, we will enjoy a short guided walking meditation in this secluded forest alongside the Skykomish river. We will come together for a standing yoga flow (roughly 45 mins) and then meander mindfully back as a group to the wood-fire tent for a brief closing meditation. Guests can then warm their spirits and bodies in the sauna and hot tub.
My hope is that you will be able to slow down for a bit, connect with nature, as well as yourself and like minded individuals for 75 minutes. So often we are moving so quickly throughout the day, and this adventure is an invitation to slow down and create meaningful connection with the world around us.
